A)To encourage members to fully familiarize themselves with the prescribed pratices and modern penology an enlightned rehabilitation methods in order to be better able to serve their City and those committed to their custody in an intelligent and efficent manner.
B)To engender exemplary deportment on the part of its member thereby fostering respect and goodwill.
C)To teach and preserve in its membership the hertiage of their Gaelic culture.
D)To develop a spirit of brotherhood and fellowship amongst its membership.
E)To advance the welfare and interests of all members.
F)To stimulate social, moral and intellectual advancement.
G)To sponsor conferences, lectures. forums and social gatherings for its membership.
H)To promote educational advancement for members and their families through scholarships.
